Return Policy
Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
You can exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
Color or same-size exchanges are not supported — please return the item and place a new order instead.
Free return shipping is provided for eligible exchange requests.
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as Brand Credits.
If there is change in MRP then exchange won’t be available.
Return Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict a user from making purchases on the website in the following cases-
Returning Incorrect Products: If a user returns items that do not match the products originally ordered.
Excessive Returns: If a user consistently returns a large portion of their purchased items without valid reasons.
Please note:
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if all tags are intact and attached.
If the tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return.
You’re welcome to try on the garment to check fit and style — just keep the tag in place.
