Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
You can exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
Color or same-size exchanges are not supported — please return the item and place a new order instead.
Free return shipping is provided for eligible exchange requests.
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as Brand Credits.
If there is change in MRP then exchange won’t be available.

Changed your mind? You can easily cancel your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Cancellation Terms

Partial cancellations of an order are not allowed — cancelling one item will cancel the entire order.
For payments made using Brand Credits, the credits will be refunded to your account within 2–3 business days.
The brand reserves the right to cancel any order unilaterally in case of:
– Pricing errors due to technical glitches or typographical mistakes.
– Situations beyond the brand’s reasonable control.

Terms & conditions

If you have multiple items in your order, you cannot cancel a single product. All items will be cancelled.
If you have paid using credits the same will be reverted to your account within 2 to 3 business days
We reserve the right to cancel any order unilaterally in the event of errors in product pricing due to technical issues, typographical mistakes, or factors beyond the seller’s reasonable control.
